俞良莉,女,博士,美国马里兰大学营养与食品科学系教授,美国食品协会Fellow,美国化学会农业与食品化学分会Fellow。主要从事食品化学,特别是功能食品、分子营养化学和抗氧化、抗炎、降血脂功能因子和营养保健功能相关领域的研究。目前担任美国药典-食品原料组专家,美国化学会农业与食品化学分会会员主席等;担任食品化学领域顶级期刊Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry副主编及Food Chemistry, LWT-Food Science andTechnology编委。曾任LWT-Food Science and Technologyjournal of food science副主编及Molecular Nutrition and Food Research编委。获得包括美国油脂化学会青年科学家研究奖,美国化学会农业与食品分会青年科学家奖,德国油脂科学会研究奖及普渡大学杰出农学校友奖、上海市科技进步奖等多个科研教学奖。近五年来,承担美国农业部、美国自然科学基金、JIFSAN-FDA、中国科技部等科研项目十余项;目前主编著作5本,参编章节著作18本,已发表学术论文220篇,H index值为56,单篇文章最高被引用538次,申请专利6项(已授权3项);受邀在国际学术会议上做重要报告四十余次,研究成果被CNNABCNBCBBC等多家国际性媒体广泛报道。

 

 

英文简历:

Dr. Liangli (Lucy) Yureceived her PhD in Food Science/Food Chemistry from Purdue University in 1999.Now she is a tenured professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Scienceat the University of Maryland. Her research focuses on the chemistry andbiochemistry of nutraceuticals and functional foods, food safety chemistry, andmolecular and cellular mechanisms involved in the biological functions ofnutraceutical compounds and food toxicants. Dr. Yu has more than 220 researcharticles published/accepted in refereed scientific journals, along with 18 bookchapters, 2 US and 1 Europe patents, and a number of invited talks and conferencepresentations. She has also (co)edited a text book on organic chemistry, a monograph on wheat antioxidants, a monograph on cereals and pulses: nutraceutical properties and health benefits, amonograph on food safety chemistry:toxicant occurrence, analysis and mitigation, and a monograph on food safety chemistry. Dr. Yu is aFellow of the Institute of Food Technologists and the American ChemicalSociety, Agricultural and Food Chemistry Division. She also serves as an associateeditor for Journal of Agricultural andFood Chemistry, and editorial board member for Food Chemistry, LWT-FoodScience and TechnologyJournal of Food Science, AnnualReview of Food Science and Technology, andFrontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering. Her research has beenreported in thousands of news reports worldwide including CNN, ABC, NBC, andBBC.
